Topshop is most definitely a top shop

Whilst wondering around my local Topshop today, it struck me just how many things in the shop are just my style.  I totally love a coat in there which I have now earmarked as my new autumn/winter coat.

I love looking at jewellery and Topshop just does not disappoint!  There is so much navy jewellery in there it is refreshing.  I just love navy as a colour, it is just that bit less harsh than black so I was delighted to see such a selection.

Apart from all that lovely navy, this treat caught my eye..........

......... another thing that I have a major soft spot for is lace, so this silver metal lace necklace is just the ticket!

Next time I visit Topshop I won't just be window shopping, I will have my wish-list in hand!

Wearing it Anthro-Style

I just love Anthropologie but unfortunately we don't have one in the city where I live.  On the upside they do have a British website that is fab.  Here is one of my favourite current accessories.

A scarf can make such a difference to an outfit.  A nice simple top can be brightened up no end, especially with a scarf like this.

My Monday Muse - White Trash NYC

All you lucky people who live is New York City - your choice for stylish and modern living is huge.  One of my favourite online shops to window shop in is White Trash.


Located in the East Village of NYC, White Trash specialise in mid-century modern furnishings from the 40s through the 70s.   Their space is limited so the stock changes fast!  Definitely worth a browse either in person or online.

even the bowl for holding their business cards is a must have.........

Good job White Trash - I am now on the look out for a shop similar near me......

Olivia Palermo - Style

One person's style that I am following just now is Olivia Palermo.  Her look appears effortless as she is a natural beauty.  Her clothes look great and her wardrobe is the envy of many.  Although she has come across on the show "The City" to be someone not to trust, this won't be the case in real life.

Her look is flawless and she rocks it well.....
